Micro-Controller
Micro-Lube's Micro-controller utilizes the latest electronic solid state components with multi-functional capabilities. It can service up to 4 different applications from one controller.

Systems
Centralized System approach allows for several different applications to be adequately lubricated and serviced by one central pumping station. These central systems are available in two sizes, 12 gallon and 55 gallon capacity.
A 12 gallon is designed for a single line, smaller type applications, powder coating etc.
A 55 gallon system is a multi-line conveyor pumping reservoir with a working range of 300 feet in circumference.
Micro-Lubricants
Micro-lubes are heavy-duty, extreme-pressure and anti-wear chain lubricants designed for use on all types of conveyors. These lubricants have superior lubrication properties over a wide temperature range (-65oF to 700oF). Micro-lubes are designed to provide excellent corrosion protection and water displacing properties over conventional type chain/conveyor lubricants. In addition to its corrosion prevention properties, our lubricants have a high tolerance for acidic environments.
Micro-lubes are a thin-dry film type lubricant. When applied, it cleans off grease, extraneous oils and carbon build-up. The high wetting characteristics allow this lube to penetrate further than most lubes allowing the target area to be well lubricated. Micro-lubes have been formulated to provide the proper amount of penetration and dispersement without allowing the lubricant to drip off the chain conveyor. Micro-lubes leave a micro film of lubricating moly which has film strength in excess of 100,000 PSI.
