AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION PUMPS
The progressive centralized lubrication pump connects all levels of distributor (main block, secondary blocks) in turn by lubricating pump, conveys the grease to each lubricating point parallelly, and lubricates the friction pair.
METERING DEVICES
The progressive distributor supplies grease to each lubrication point progressively through its corresponding plunger piston. Progressive distributor can be divided into block distributor and plate distributor according to the different structures.
ACCESSORIES
Besides the main components such as pumping station and distributor, Autol also provide our customers with accessories required within the complete automatic lubrication system, including but not limited to tubes and fittings etc.
SENSORS AND MONITORS
Hall sensor is applied to progressive automatic lubrication system. The function is to give feedback of the collected pressure pulse signal to the monitor-control unit to alert the system failure when the pulse signal cannot be obtained.
