RMF Systems is the ultimate solution to oil cleanliness, conditioning, and monitoring for all types of machinery in every machine-based industry. Contaminated oil is the number 1 cause of malfunctions in mobile and industrial applications and machinery. RMF’s extensive program attacks and removes all kinds of contamination, whether it be a particle, water or airborne residue. Clean oil prolongs the useful life of any and all machinery, increases fluid service life, reduces a machine’s downtime for both maintenance and malfunction repairs, and reduces costs on various fronts which results in better performance and fewer headaches
We guarantee benefits that you can rely on with advanced filtration and monitoring services.
RMF off-line filter units can be applied to every imaginable industrial application where hydraulic or lubrication systems are present. Integrated pump-motor units draw out the tanks’ lubricants, filter it and then pump the clean oil back into the system. Off-line filter units can continue to work even when the main system is not in use.
RMF off-line units attack and remove contamination from your system at its source. In addition to solid particles, these filters are also capable of removing water vapor from the oil. The use of RMF filters means fewer defects, less maintenance and minimum wear and tear of your hydraulic components. RMF off-line units offer you the ultimate addition to multiple industries that remain serious about their lubrication and filtration processes and overall quality assurance.
The GOLU3C is the largest and most powerful filter unit available at RMF systems. It holds three different filter elements which can vary from 1 to 25 microns. This filter unit can be combined with a pump motor for off-line usage, there are several pump motor choices available based on your needs.
The GIANT Off-Line unit is also known as ‘THE GIANT’. This GIANT’S filter housing is combined with a pump motor group and an electrical control box. This is an easy to use plug-and-play filter solution. It only requires electrical power, suction and return lines.
The successful application of in-depth filtration on hydraulic and lubrication systems has to lead the development of Smart Off-Line Units. Growing demand for condition monitoring systems to optimize the application of the filters has led to the implementation of the next generation in RMF systems technology: RMF Off-Line filters with integrated CMS units.
RMF Systems CMC combines technology to enable sampling on low pressure hydraulic and lubrication systems where aeration can be an issue. The CMC system suppresses the air bubbles so they are no longer problematic as particles.
RMF Systems or Remote Monitoring System (RMS) is a complete on-line diagnostic system used for remote condition monitoring. It can integrate the proven CMS (contamination monitoring sensor), OQS (oil quality sensor) or the complete CMC (condition monitoring center). Additional sensors such as pressure and flow can be incorporated when required. RMS can easily be integrated into new or existing systems.
RMF Systems VARIPURE, the most advanced filter trolley for clean oil transfer and Off-Line filtering of hydraulic and lubricating fluids.
The RMF Vacuum Dehydration Units are designated oil purification units that can be applied directly to various types of machine reservoirs. The units dehydrate and clean most types of oil such as lubricating, hydraulic, transformer and switch oils by removing particles, gasses, and water vapor. The purified oil satisfies the most stringent quality requirements, such as stated in the ISO 4406.
The principal of the RMF systems filters is based on the unique original filter elements. With a choice of filter fineness down to 0.5 microns, they have the capacity to remove even the smallest dirt particles from the oil. RMF systems offer a wide range of elements in micron sizes, filter media, and fluid compatibility. Combi-Elements (water and solid particle retention) complement this unique range.
The tolerances between moving parts in servo valves and proportional valves are constantly reducing. The result is that even the smallest amounts of silt can cause damage to the whole system. RMF filters remove this silt and any chance of compromise on the lubricant performance.
RMF System filters are applied in By-pass or Off-line configurations and constantly clean the oil from the reservoir itself. The oil which reaches the mainstream filter is, therefore, cleaner and allows longer life to this expensive filter. The mainstream filter acts primarily as an emergency filter.
Increasingly strict environmental laws in the field of oil changes, oil storage and disposal of used oil lead to a corresponding cost increase for our clients. RMF filters mean fewer oil changes and therefore lesser costs.
Frequent oil changing is generally the result of the chemical deterioration of the oil caused by the oil oxidation process. This process is brought into action by the presence of silt. If water is also present, this acts as a catalyst and the oxidation process is accelerated at a significant rate. RMF filters remove silt and water from the oil.
Fluid analysis is a crucial component of any oil management program. Early detection of potential problems can prevent costly repairs and downtime. The portable laser particle counter (PLPC) is the ultimate solution to measure the contamination level of your lubrication system. With the PLPC you have the ability to measure, analyze and document your results immediately without the need for any additional equipment. The portable laser particle counter makes it possible to detect the ISO cleanliness levels of hydraulic fluids. It can also report any other international ISO cleanliness level standard depending on the quality assurance standard practices.
The oil quality sensor (OQS) from the RMF system puts you in control with real-time and hands-on monitoring of oil degradation and water ingress. Expensive oil changing is now based on oil condition, not on historical schedule.
